A 1200 daily meal plan is the sanest way to take off pounds. Combined with three days a week exercise, it’s also a good way to maintain energy level for day to day activities. I give examples of what my meal plans consist of using what I have onhand at home. They are just suggestions. Everyone is different and likes to eat different foods. It’s easy too count calories. With a daily meal plan, I don’t have to buy special food or deny myself most anything. As long as it’s counted, I can eat with everyone else. I don’t have to feel different. I just eat a lot less of it.
